Description
We know how hard it is to set boundaries for your kids on the internet. Our goal is to give you the confidence that they are protected while using smartphones and tablets.1. Given the opportunity, most kids would be glued to their phones at every waking hour. With App Guard, you can set up the daily limit for gaming and limit playtime at night or during school hours. It automatically controls apps and games and allows kids to use only the age-appropriate ones.
2. When kids are online, they can come across web pages with fake news or violent or adult content. Web Guard ensures your kids’ internet safety by keeping them away from inappropriate pages.
3. If your child didn’t come from school yet and doesn’t pick up the phone, Child Locator locates your child’s phone’s current location. Additionally, Geofencing allows you to get the notification if your child enters or steps out of the default area on the map.
4. Do you worry about your child’s phone’s battery dying and not being able to contact them? Set up Battery Protector that will limit playing games if the battery level drops below the default level.
5. Does your child have a crucial task to finish, and you are afraid they will play on their phone instead? Use Instant Block for a temporary ban on games and entertainment. If your child has some free time, you can also temporarily suspend the time limit rule through Vacation Mode.
6. Are the rules too strict? Has a newly installed app been blocked? Children can ask for an exception, and parents can instantly approve or deny requests.
7. Do you want to change the rules settings? Sign in to my.eset.com on a PC or mobile phone and change them remotely. If you, as a parent, also use an android smartphone, install our app on your phone in parent mode, and you will receive instant notifications.
8. Can’t reach your kid via phone? Check the Devices section to see if they have turned off the sound or are offline.
9. Do you have kids who have more smartphones or tablets? One license can cover multiple devices, so your whole family is protected.
10. Do you want to know your kid’s interests and how long they have spent using their phone? Reports will give you the detailed information.

3 ★This app turned to be unreliable and I cannot trust it anymore: 1. settings do not keep saved: I set restrictions up, after some time the values were changed to no-restricted access. 2. After blocking the use, I got report via email that parental PIN was entered.That means restricted access was entered by kids even after changing PIN several times,no way my kids could know it. 3. Support for these issues from eset team was offered in limited way due to being a free version user.
2 ★This is the comment of a teen whom this app was used on. It allows the controller to remotely block and unblock apps/sites and has a feature that allows the child to request more time or access to restricted apps. The reason for the two star rating is that the app can be deleted by performing a backup, deselecting the app from the backup, and doing a factroy reset. I simply restored the data once the reset was complete. This eliminated the restrictions. 5 stars if patched.
1 ★Very very disgusting app. Every time after installing it,my phone is locked & screen can't be turn on anyway.phone is shutdown after charge has become 0%.then phone can be on after charging.it’s very annoying.my phone can't operated.Don't install this app.

I would like to request u..to give ppl a quality time to try ur..apps becoz max ppl can't understand the functions of some apps in 30days!!! 3 ★I've tried many others, and this appears to be the most reliable. I wish it had a way to limit my daughter's call time separately from her screen time, but that doesn't yet appear to be an option on any app I've seen. On that note, tech support is really slow and vague. I sent questions only to get (a week or so later) some cookie cutter robo answers that didn't address the questions at all. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me there is a help chat which also leaves you hanging. 👍app 👎service
4 ★Though we found this app to be a very good app we have decided not to use it anymore since our child is a bit older and has more freedom on her devices. We canceled back in late November early December (2020) when January came we were charged. We got a hold of ESET and they said it was Googles charge. Because of this our account had bounced. We tried to get a hold of Google Play about it with no success. My husband tried to get onto our account to un-subscribe but had no account on file.
3 ★Still allows those who really want to break the controlls to access inappropriate content on YouTube and Google images. All this app does is prevent the acces to inappropriate websites. What it does is great but what it doesn't do makes it a lot less safe for users. Still, it's better than nothing.
1 ★We can block out children apps/games but they can playing games . For example I block Mobile Legend but they still can go to Google maybe not playing Mobile Legend but they can Playing games like "Play Minesweeker , Two Players Game and more". So it's still no different . We want to prevent them playing games but they can still go to Google . I already use the link in "Exception" as an innaporiate but it's still didn't block it and I Don't know setting to do in web guard or website category .
1 ★This app is TERRIBLE! I downloaded it and it worked great during the free trial period, however I have been paying for the premium account since October and have yet to obtain the access to all the features, very disappointed in this app.
