5 ★Finding and choosing a doctor was quiet tricky. Firstly there are no information what the doctors specialise in. So it is like a blind date making an appointment. Secondly, it would have been great if you click on a name to see what appointments are available. It was time consuming to find a doctor that was available as soon as possible. However, I did managed to find a friendly and caring doctor who helped me.
1 ★Simply doesn't work! The video and sound tests were ok but when having the live consultation I couldn't turn on either the camera or mike. The doctor had to call instead. Also, I couldn't book the consultation through the app. The section were I was supposed to fill out my symptoms were not displayed correctly or missing so I couldn't confirm the booking. I gave up and had to book through the website instead. These aren't minor bugs, adequate testing should have flushed these problems out.
