L'app permette di gestire le ore mensili di lavoro di lavoratori artigiani, liberi professionisti e dipendenti.Il lavoratore artigiano può definire i dati identificativi di eventuali suoi dipendenti e compilare le ore anche di questi poichè concorrono alle ore totali del mese di lavoro. Il libero professionista e/o il dipendente introduranno nel database solo i loro dati.
Per ogni giorno di lavoro è possibile inserire il lavoratore, il luogo o cantiere dove si è svolta l'attività lavorativa (per il dipendente può corrispondere alla sede della propria azienda o alla sede del cliente, se in trasferta), il numero di ore, una descrizione breve dell'attività svolta, eventuali note aggiuntive e un eventuale motivo di assenza.
Per ogni mese è possibile vedere direttamente sul proprio dispositivo una bozza di report riepilogativa che espone giorno, nome, cantiere/luogo, ore effettuate e il totale complessivo delle ore nel mese.
In alternativa, l'app offre una comoda funzione di invio dei dati per email ad un destinatario di posta che può essere il proprio account gmail (quello definito nel dispositivo cellulare) oppure uno alternativo. Se si scegle questa funzione, si possono scegliere quali dettagli del report vedere, per esempio l'attività svolta e/o il nome del lavoratore, etc...
I dati inviati per email sono preventivamente formattati nel formato csv. Questi dati, copiati e salvati nel notepad di window con estensione .csv, possono essere automaticamente riconosciuti da Microsoft Excel 2003 e successive versioni (fatta eccezione impostazioni internazionali personalizzate sul proprio pc.). Excel automaticamente dispone i campi in colonne per ottenere un formato tabellare personalizzabile secondo le proprie esigenze.
