MBDA. a clinically trained dietitian, certified therapist and voted one of the top 10 exercise trainers in the world.Rachel's Tribe aims to provide its members with the comprehensive tools and knowledge needed to achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Features include customised nutrition plans, personalised exercise programs, hundreds of instructional exercise videos, recipes, journal prompts, progress tracking, educational E-books, behaviour change motivation and feedback from a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer; as well as encouragement and support from other members of the Tribe.
Rachel's Tribe app is free to download. If you are not a current client or member of one of Rachel's specialist groups and would like to join Rachel's Tribe to access content, support and features, you may pay for a subscription through the app or through her website.
