How to install Remote Desktop APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Remote Desktop APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.microsoft.rdc.androidx-v10.0.19.1305-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I do like the fact I can use my desktop on my phone, though I mainly only use it to turn my PC off or check something every once in a while, I wish I could use this app as a remote instead while still having my desktop run on my monitor, something similar to how YouTube, Playstation or Xbox has their app. You can use the app as a remote to control the UI, unless I'm missing something.
4 ★I can't always access the hardware level components of the target machine, making certain tasks frustrating, like trying to use things like disk manager or opening driver binaries. or when I get the hankering to play some games some of them try to use my phones ram and fails to load because of this, I am not even entirely sure how my computer has access to my phone's status to even try to use it's ram.
5 ★Not sure why this app is rated so poorly. It's better than the version 8. Runs stable, connects to all my Windows machines just fine, direct or over VPN. Mouse mode is great and feels just like using a big laptop touchpad. Support for multiple resolutions including "Retina" scaled ones is nice (assuming the server is Win8 or newer). Performance is good too, I can actually watch videos via RDP on my LAN just like on the full Windows client.
5 ★The best remote control app, I ever had. I am very proud to get it, I was searching for many months and found this at last with the features that I have expected from it. It is really too good.
5 ★Damn Good Clean App. If you don't know how to use remote desktop it's because you simply don't know how to use it
1 ★Using from an ASUS chromebook. Worked for one day, now gets stcuk 'Configuring remote PC...' Tried everything for a fresh install, but it's remembering PC's no matter what I do. I force stopped, clear cache, clear data, then uninstall. When I reinstall the app all the former PC's are there. Sigh...Can't recreate the environmet when this worked for a while
1 ★For some reason lately I often have problem that the text typed ends up in the wrong location. If the cursor is at the end of a sentence and I then click in the middle and start to type the first 1-2 characters typed ends up at the end of the sentence, not where the cursor currently is.
3 ★It works. But if I plug my phone into a docking station and use it with a keyboard and mouse like a pc replacement. the app doesn't scale well. Also once connected the start bar is missing...? I'm using a Huawei Mate 20x so I'm guessing it might just not be well optimised for the desktop mode.
5 ★This app continues to be just amazingly simple to use. I am not sure about all the bad reviews but the app works and has been working the same for me for 2 years now. Btw, no ads? Nice and so simple to use. Awesome work Devs!
5 ★No idea what this app is rated poorly. It just works and it's ad free. Excellent for IT professionals who need a quick RDP session when away from their PC. Tip for newbies - it's not GoToPC or TeamViewer and it's not meant to be. If you grew up with mstsc this is the app.
5 ★Probably best free RDP client for windows server you can get right now. Easy to use, quick to set up, with basic instructions you should have no problem accessing your remote machine as long you got the right name and adress.
5 ★Works exactly as I hoped. Scaling is perfect if a tad slow. But all is forgivable. Make sure your peripherals are plugged in before you connect as RDP kinda polls devices on connection more verbosely so if your OTG keyboard doesn't work cos you connected it after you initiated your connection you're gonna have a bad time 🤙🏻
