2 ★Semi useless. Requires a login using a phone number for most functions, but no OTP arrives when I try to begrudgingly register. The plant identification function worked mostly, but often insisted that I wasn't at the site when I was right there in the middle of their exhibits. Restarting the app sometimes worked, but not always. I eventually gave up trying to use it.

1 ★Cant buy tickets because the cart keeps expiring. Had to buy through the website which defeats the purpose of this app

1 ★Bad experience. The app couldn't accept my photo and no prompts are given

1 ★As others have said, trying to do anything in the app requires an OTP but the OTP never arrives and resending doesn't work. Tried multiple phones with US country code.

1 ★Garbage. Requires a login just to see the map and then won't send the OTP text, so you cannot view map (or do anything else).

1 ★Updated to latest version. Uninstall reinstall. Still cannot sign in.

1 ★Not able to create an account. It says OTP sent, but not receiving it. Uninstalling this app.

2 ★Had trouble login into this app this year, on 2 Jan & 4 Jan. Error prompt 'unable to verify'(Error 100002). Found no answer to why this is happening. Do clarify and resolve this issue.
