3 ★I can't get the game to load. I haven't been able to play since the time travel event. I used to love this game. Tried unintsalling and reinstalling it many times. Bug fixed. Now can we please calm down on events? Too many events and can't get the main quests done. Also I will send characters to do jobs but when I play the game a few hours later....they are just walking around. It's like the game deletes everything that I have done.
3 ★I really do love this game, but it hasnt worked in several months for me. It wont get past the main loading screen or log in. Ive uninstalled and re installed several times and have had no progress. Their been nothing to update either for awhile. I hope this can be fixed so i can play it again. It is a fun game and i had gotten pretty far in it. ***UPDATE*** I tried to download again, still cant get past the loading screen or log in. Im still hopefull tho.
1 ★I was excited to start playing this game again. I redownloaded it and found out I was on level 46! I don't know why but I can't even get passed the "loading" page. It just buffers forever and the load bar won't progress. Very disappointed. I figured since this game has been out for years the creators should have found a way to fix this issue already. I deleted the game.
1 ★Super long loading. After it finally loads it updates and starts all over. Then you start playing it decides to update again. After about 20 minutes you finally manage to play. The game has become slow paced. It takes forever to unlock anything to the point where you would have to pay for class in order to finish before the event closes. It used to be great. But now.... it's pretty much become pay to play.
1 ★I posted something 3 or 4 days ago that I can't seem to find, but I was basically saying to fix the game or the game would go bye bye. Sad to say, but I've just deleted my favorite game. I've put a ton of money and time into it, but after 25 seconds of working, it just kept cutting itself off. I cleared space in my phone, I've force stopped it, I tried it all with no luck. It's super super unfortunate, but it's alright. Maybe next year I'll give it one more try to see if everything is fixed.
1 ★I first installed this game five years ago and had a great time playing, and I did spend some money on extra clams. I was able to get to level 59 without breaking the bank. I spent about two years playing the game on a daily basis, until the game crashed and I couldn't get past the load screen. I contacted tinyco, and they said they'd get it resolved, but it never was. I have changed phones about 5 times since then, and I have the same issue each time, so I haven't been able to play for 3 years.
1 ★CONSTANTLY having a problem loading the game. Continually says there is an error. Also, while watching ads for gold clams it will kick you out of the game and take forever to load again, IF it even loads. And it shouldn't be so difficult to achieve goals. The "rare" and "uncommon" items take WAY to long to get and we end up not achieving the goals. Game is becoming less and less fun....
2 ★I want to like the game but the loading times make it barely enjoyable. Literally 5 minutes to load the game to just play it for 2-3 minutes at a time. Also, they want you to buy everything, constantly asking you to make purchases. Very annoying. Update: I updated the game as required, now can't play it for more than 30 seconds without it shutting off. Pretty over all this
2 ★Played when it first came out. Fun at first but it very quickly became "pay to get every damn thing in the game." It got almost impossible to get anything unless you payed real money for it. So much excitement for the events and characters they would have but then no way to get them without money. All in all I must have spent well over $60 (the price of most video games) just trying to get any new thing they added and even then sometimes I wouldn't get them. Ended up rage quitting and deleting.
3 ★Great game, poor performance.. Great when it works but it has many bugs that should be addressed if you want to keep avid players. Sometimes the game gets stuck on loading screen. This is a constant problem. When will it ever be fixed. I'm not going to keep uninstalling to reinstall to play every time this happens. Fix or lose a fan.
4 ★Reinstalled after about 2.5 years, when I watch the ads for 2 hour reduction of time for character to finish, almost every time the ad plays out in it's entirety but then screen goes blank and I don't receive the credit of 2 hours, but I bet you get the credit for the ad! This has happened several times, more than 10 times easily so far!
1 ★After clearing the game's cache and data to free up 2gb of space (again), I can no longer sign into my Facebook account to continue playing. It keeps saying the app is activated. I've renewed permissions in Facebook and used your contact page to open a support ticket. Still waiting on reply. The only help article applies to iPhone and doesn't work on Android. The app is useless now until this is fixed. After a number of years I am NOT going to start over. Please fix.
