1 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
4 butir kemiri
20 butir ketumbar
secukupnya garam
secukupnya kaldu bubuk (kalo suka kalo ga suka bs d skip)
Langkah
Cumi diberaihkan buang mata, kulit dan mulutnya (dgn cara dipencet) cuci bersih dan lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis 15 menit. Cuci kembali. Telur di kocok lepas tambahkan garam dan daun bawang iris aduk kemudian tambahkan tahu campur rata. Masukan tahu kedalam cumi-cumi jangan terlalu penuh karna kepalanya akan kita masukan dan disemat dengan lidi. Panaskan kukusan. Masukan cumi dan kukus selama 5 menit. Masak santan dengan semua dedaunan,lengkuas, asam kandis dan bumbu halus hingga berminyak.Masukan cumi kedalam santan masak selama 15 menit dengan api kecil tambahkab garam dan penyedap sesuai selera.
