secukupnya garam, margarin untuk menunis, lada, kaldu bubuk atau penyedap rasa
Langkah
bumbu kare ,saya juga pakai kecap inggris dan minyak wijen indofood semua halal. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, dan daun salam dengan margarin. Tumis sampai layu. Tambahkan wortel dan kentang. Aduk rata. Masukan daging. Aduk rata. Bila daging sudah berubah warna semuanya. Tambahkan air. Rebus sampai kentang, daging, dan wortel empuk barulah masukkan minyak wijen, kecap inggris, dan lada. Masukkan bumbu kari dan madu. Aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap ikan, kaldu bubuk atau penyedap, masukkan juga larutan maizena. Aduk rata biarkan mengental. Tambahkan garam. Tes rasa dan sajikan. Selamat mencoba.
