2 potong dada ayam, iris menjadi beberapa bagian
½ bagian tahu cina halus, iris, goreng, tiriskan
1 buah wortel, iris, rebus sebentar, tiriskan
1 ikat kecil kembang kol, potong per kuntum
1 batang daun bawang, iris serong
2 buah jamur hitam, iris
10 buah jamur kancing, iris menjadi 2 bagian
Persiapan Bumbu
1 siung bawang putih, memarkan
2 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm kecap manis
garam dan lada secukupnya
Pelengkap:
1 sdt minyak wijen
Larutan tepung sagu (campurkan ½ sdm tepung sagu + ½ gelas air)
Cara membuat
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis semua bahan bersama dengan bumbu, tambahkan 2 gelas air
Ungkep sampai air menyusut sebagian
Tuangkan larutan tepung sagu dan minyak wijen. Aduk perlahan hingga mengental, angkat dan hidangkan
