Langkah
Campur semua bahan kecuali telur dan minyak goreng, lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata Ambil satu sendok makan adonan lalu bentuk oval atau bulat (sesuai selera) dengan menggunakan kedua telapak tangan, Baluri pergedel dengan kocokan telur, lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan dengan api kecil.
