1 ★Constantly changing when you can have delivery, randomly block zip codes, there's no pattern to the madness of this awful company. You can have food delivered when they want and how they want it and no other way. Done dealing with this garbage

1 ★This is a very poor version of something that is a good idea. If the restaurant doesnt have what you want they will just tell them to make you something else and deliver it. There is no way to talk to anyone if your food is messed up as well so its pretty bad.

1 ★There's a bug where my local options keep saying they're closed. Brought it to the attention of the Facebook page, as have others and it still hasn't been fixed.

3 ★This is a great concept but the execution is not that good. Neither the app nor the website gives descriptions of items being ordered. I have to call the resteraunts to find out exactly what veggies for example are included in certain chinese food items before ordering. They rely on customers to supply photos of their food items for a small incentive. However when it comes time to apply the incentive there seems to be an issue. Customer service defiantly needs improvement. They don't respond to emails. It seems as though there are only 1 or 2 people that answer calls daily for all the cities they serve. They should maybe look into hiring more agents. At least for the busy nights like Friday and Saturday and for the lunch hours. Also Hampton and Newport News are a stones throw away from each other. It would be nice if some of the Hampton resteraunts delivers to areas in Newport News. I will say this they offer a lot more options then UberEats. They also have really nice discounts they do through out the week on delivery. They also are always looking for drivers. So again I think its a great concept, but in my opinion the execution needs a lot of work.

1 ★No phone number or email address. My food took over an hour and a half. Thedriver called to tell me she was running behind because she had to pullover and throw up. Yum, now I'm really hungry. Never again.

2 ★Meals consistently arrive late, after I've pre-paid and pre-tipped. Lasttime I use this app

1 ★If i could give no stars i would. This service is BS. First time driver had no change and spilled my food. Second time i was missing an entire meal and one side dish. If you want bad service use this app.

5 ★Great company and great staff.

2 ★There is some sort of glich going on that's not allowing me to order fordays now. Claims everything is closed and to preorder for next day. If thisis fixed I'll use again but right now it's not working at all. Should ofbeen fixed by now.
