1 ★App took forever to load, Customer service was horrible. Locks got broken into more than once, and the manufacturing per lock was horrible for multi-residential properties.

5 ★As a rental investor, this system is worth a million bucks. I tried multiple other bluetooth and wifi locks. Nothing but problems. I also have a vacation rental where I need to send digital keys out 1-3 times a week. This system is flawless. Wish I didn't wait so long to pull the trigger on this!

1 ★Signed up just to see a house. Created an account and when I tried to log in it said incorrect password and email. Tried to make a new one and couldn't because guess what. Already have an account with the email. Cmon!
