Required Permissions And Privacy Notes
Usage Stats Permission: To lock apps, we need to be able to see the last running app. For this, we ask for your "Usage Stats" permission.
Overlay Permission: We ask for "Display Over Other Apps" permission so that we can show the lock screen over the locked app.
Camera Permission: We ask for your camera permission so that we can take photos with the front camera of intruders who try to open your locked apps without your permission.

2 ★Ok but huge flaw. Downloaded, paid for pro version (I hate ads), locked a few apps, liked it a lot. Then realized that the locked apps still show up in the recently used apps screen and you can see everything. When you click on the app, then it asks you to unlock it, but whatever you were looking at last is clearly visible. This defeats the purpose of locking an app as far as security goes so I uninstalled it. Other lock apps with ads hide the apps from the recent apps window.
1 ★Does not do as advertised, constantly ask to upgrade to premium user, does not have lock option settings, still shows locked apps and a waste of time checking the app out, trying to set it up and realizing it does not has the settings advertised. Waste of space on Play store. It was a quick uninstall for me. Pass on this app and try an established app.
5 ★It does exactly what I was looking for. Without putting apps into a special hidden folder, you specify what apps you want to be locked and they are locked. You can use a fingerprint or pattern that is different than the one that locks your phone. This prevents prying eyes from opening something they shouldn't. Great app!
2 ★HOLYY ive never seen such a bad app. I downloaded it 20 mins ago so i stop clicking youtube n scrolling, and it worked perfcetly. Then after opening youtube 4 times, i have to watch a minute long ad to open youtube. It wasnt a one time ad. You have to watch an ad every single time you open an app. I couldnt even delete the app because i had to watch an ad before deleting.
4 ★I like this app. It seems to work well. I just wish there was a way to disable and remove both the pattern and the pin unlocking features and rely strictly on the fingerprint reader. Nobody ever will need to unlock my phone/apps except me, and both the pin and the pattern seem like unnecessary vulnerabilities. - 1 star for that. Otherwise really nice app.
2 ★Was having no issue and no idea why it's so awful now.. Have paid for premium for life.. But the ads started popping back up.. So bad that you can't even get to the app through the ads and you can't minimize the app locker ad.. Then once I do get past the awful ads I have to stop the app locker and start again... It may work for a day or two the hammer me with ads.. And ads are appearing on the lock/finger print screen that you use to get into an app protected by app locker.. Just terrible.
3 ★I still don't know how to get it to change from fingerprint to pattern but except that it locks me out after I wash my hands or take a shower, it does what it says it will. I just hope to God there's not a true emergency for the first three hours or so after I shower because I have no way to bypass the lockout and it won't give me the option to use a pin or my pattern... Which I set up... When I installed the app.
2 ★This app was good until it wasn't. Lately it would randomly allow apps to open without code. But what really did it for me was the non stop ads almost every time you tried to open a locked app. I understand the need for ads eventhough it didn't have any before but when they did incorporate them, it was really excessive. Had to uninstall.
1 ★Beware this App does not work 1. If you restart your phone it unlocks everything. 2. All anyone has to do is uninstall this app and it unlocks everything. 3. The finger sensor works for a few hours and the fails consistently 4. The ads are pretty annoying as they take over the whole screen and prevent you from doing anything. Disillusioned. Uninstalled.
2 ★I don't understand how the developers overlooked this, but this app is essentially useless because there is no security feature to prevent someone from uninstalling this. What I mean specifically is for all Samsung Galaxy phones, you can simply press & hold onto the AppLocker icon and it allows you to uninstall it just like that. Locking the settings does NOT do anything to stop this security flaw. This vulnerability makes this app completely useless.
4 ★Great App, however I have had 2 repeating issues. #1 - I have ads that pop up at times even though I have a paid subscription via Play Pass. #2 - Many times the fingerprint scan does not pop up when I click on a "locked" app & I have to enter my password instead. Any help with these issues would be great!
1 ★Made a huge mistake of updating this app. I had been using it without issues for years. But yesterday, I updated it and found out that it is now an ad billboard instead of being just an app lock. I have to sit through three ads before I can unlock my apps? I have to sometimes toggle between apps and it has become a nightmare to just unlock the apps. Sorry, uninstalling it.
