1 ★Since it's release this app has been full of problems. Regardless of your subscription status, you cannot access your content. Repeated attempts at addressing the issue with customer service fail and updates break any fixes. NOTHING WORKS. Rotor Drone is a good publication, however, why they chose this app developer and customer service provider is beyond me. Rotor Drone, release a new app from a new dev. and I'll gladly subscribe again, but for now, I'll tell everyone to avoid this app like the plague.

1 ★Purchased a single issue and the app immediately crashed. On restarting, I didn't have access to the issue, but the charge went through.

1 ★I was a fool to buy 2 subscriptions through this company. Can't access the online mags, numerous emails to two different departments with no response. Horrible company with no regards to their customer.

4 ★Had trouble with the magazine not recognizing my subscription and email address. After I emailed them within 24 hours everything was corrected...thanks (Note3)
