1 ★I downloaded this app so I could, unsurprisingly, read the mag on my tablet. It worked fine when I bought an issue and although the experience was a bit hit & miss in places I was actually able to read the magazine. The problems come when you try to do more than that. Tried signing up for an account through the app so I could sync my purchases but couldn't. Eventually got it working by signing up on their website and then logging in on the app. But I had to reset the local data so that meant I lost my purchase... Signed up for a trial subscription. Worked fine there and then but once I was out of the free trial period it wouldn't give me access to any of the magazines. Google says I've paid but the app is refusing to believe it. I tried using the 'restore purchases' function but this just errored. I tried clearing off the local data and reinstalling but again no joy so I pressed the support button. The response I got back included a link to an Apple article despite the support information the app inserted automatically saying I was on an android device. The next email suggested I try restoring purchases which I said I'd already tried. Giving up!
1 ★I'd be happier if i could get my account to pocket mags set up. Enter my name, email and a password andthe blasted thing just keeps telling me that it cant create the account. So far I'm liking paper magazines a whole lot better. Ain't technology grand?
1 ★The app is great when it actually works. I purchased 2 issues of Attitude magazine and only one f them appeared in my library. It's absolutely rubbish, don't waste your time/money on it. I tried contacting magazine cloner and never got a response. SORT IT OUT
