O Comando da Aeronáutica e o DECEA disponibilizam o aplicativo FPL BR - EFB, comoum meio para consultar publicações aeronáuticas sempre que necessário, inclusive sem
conectividade com a internet.
As principais funcionalidades são:
- Consulta de cartas aeronáuticas - aeródromos/TMA, visuais e de rota (opcionalmente,
outros tipos de cartas visuais podem ser consultados);
- Controle de vigência das publicações com base no ciclo AIRAC.
- Consulta de AIP Brasil, AIP MAP e Suplementos AIP (com anexos);
- Consulta de dados do ROTAER.
Observação: para consultar as publicações é necessário baixar as cartas ao iniciar o
aplicativo.

Compactação das cartas de aproximadamente 9,5 GB para 1,7 GB.Download em duas etapas:
- Obrigatória: cartas de procedimentos, de rota, WACs, publicações AIP e dados do ROTAER (cerca de 750MB).
