5 ★This is truly an awesome experience. This app works quite well. I have unlimited data on my phone plan so I don't have to worry about bad wifi connections or shotty signal strength. I have no issues with this app. When trying to make the screen go wide screen I have to press the x arrows twice but other than that, everything else is great.
5 ★I love this app, there's just one problem Whenever I go to rotate the screen for full screen mode it restarts the app and stays in regular mode. I have a big phone, so it's not really that much of an issue, but I would really like it to get fixed in time for the end of the third season of the chosen, so I can watch it as big as possible as soon as possible. I don't know if it's a wodespread, android, or Motorola problem, bit id appreciate it getting fixed.
2 ★I have watched 4 episodes, and so far it's SO good. I did have an issue. it went dark and kicked me out and my phone turned off, so I uninstall then reinstall. I watch through the support ad then it kicks me out when attempting to start the show. I thought at first,, the app didn't have its own screen time, and went to my 2min inactivity settings. But that wouldn't make sense. I have the S21 Ultra Samsung.
5 ★I have a samsung tv and used to be able to screencast to it super easily. When I hit cast on the app, my devices would pop up, and I'd be able to select my Samsung. After one of the recent updates, I was no longer able to do this. Now my device list does not appear, and instead, there's just a list of casting apps and accessories, none of which my TV has.. I'd gladly give the app 5 stars if this can be fixed -The problem has been fixed, thank you!! I can finally watch with my family
4 ★Like pretty much everyone else said, the show is great, but the app is unsound. If you try to download episodes for offline viewing, the episodes are highly prone to freezing at a certain point in the episode and preventing you from watching. There are also more and longer buffering times than with other apps, but that is to be expected from a nascent, crowdfunded app like this. However, the disfunctionality of offline viewing is not to be expected and needs to be addressed ASAP. Great show, tho
3 ★Appreciate what your trying to do here. And I know you're probably on a really tight budget. But on my phone... I can't get the app to play properly in full screen mode, and it keeps flopping if I turn my phone on the side. Even though my portrait mode is locked. If my phone moves or I pause it, the whole app gets glitches and I have to restart the episode
3 ★I am simply rating the app and not the content. The content is amazing. It's 10 Stars. It's inspirational and hopefully life-changing but the app is a thorn in your side because it is just so slow! It takes so much time to get to what you want. Strongly suggest that you make changes to the app because it's going to greatly increase your Revenue. I want to be able to just go through things, watch things and BUY things but because the app is so slow, it's just frustrating. Best of luck.
5 ★Awesome series! Good cast and visuals! Best and easiest way to watch in my opinion is through the smart view on your phone if you have a Samsung smart TV. It works a lot better than using the casting feature through the app. You can add subtitles and change the language and still watch on your TV. You will be able to fast forward and rewind easily using your phone to pick up right where you left off. I was able to show my mom the series on her TV spoken in Spanish because her English is poor.
5 ★Amazing series and the app is super clean, functions smooth, no account set up needed, clear/easy navigation, bug free and access to tons of extras like behind the scenes and testimonials/special short videos. High quality, very professional and ad free. Easily pick up and start watching where you left off. Seamlessly stream to your TV through the app. I highly recommend this app.
5 ★As an update to my first review I am very impressed with the chosen tech support team. I contacted them regarding the update issue where I was left with a black screen. I got several prompt replies. They put a fix in place and once I had uninstalled/reinstalled and cleared the cache and cleared the data from the app in settings it works again. I appreciate the prompt responses.
5 ★The first two seasons were really good. I wanted to rewatcy it but had to update the app first. Unfortunately I can no longer stream to my TV using chromecast until that bug is fixed. So the series is great but the app is leaving a lot to be desired until it's fixed. Edited: the app is fixed and I can watch it on my TV again. Happy day. Thank you
4 ★The app works great. Problem I'm having is it will not cast to my TV through the Firestick. I get a message stating " In November 2021, Google forced an update which removed the casting feature to Fire TV. As soon as these brands learn to play nice again we'll get this feature up and running. In the meantime, check out other casting options here". I can always use an HDMI cable to put it on the TV from my Chromebook but will be nice when that option works again.
