A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Crashes constantly when trying to access wallet.
1 ★Good for buying tickets, absolutely rubbish for anything else!
1 ★It's absolutely rubbish why even bother it doesn't come close to having any useful functionality. I'd suggest you sack whoever coded this pile of garbage and hire a blind monkey.
1 ★Uninstalled after one use. OK when buying a return ticket, up to when it accepted credit card payment. Then it crashed repeatedly, and wouldn't allow the QR codes to be displayed. I had to download PDFs from my email inbox to use the ticket at all. DO NOT INSTALL.
1 ★Unable to load smart key, which renders the ap. useless for me being disabled and the idea of having the smart key/ap.for me was to avoid queing!
4 ★I find it strange that there is no twitter updates at the bottom of the app.
1 ★This app is a joke. Nothing works when you need it. I have 80 meg download speed and it still can't load anything. Even purchasing tickets doesn't work. All you get is errors and loading screens, no actual functionality what so ever. It's also one of the most battery intense apps, running in the background even if you close it.
2 ★So flaky. It has some good points but it fails in many others. You tap on a train for more info, you just get the loading circle going round, you think maybe you haven't got a good data signal but then an email comes in and you realise your data is just fine, it's this app that doesn't work! I've never seen anything appear in the "Twitter updates" and pressing the cog does nothing. But even worse, when you buy a ticket it defaults to an e-ticket rather than collecting at the station. Thought I'd give it a go, see how much easier that is... it's not. I presume you should be able to go into your ticket wallet, tap on your ticket and see the QR code e-ticket? Who knows because when you tap on the ticket the app crashes! Repeatedly. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes. Thankfully the tickets are emailed to you as PDFs so I had to open the email, download and open the PDF to present to the scanner at the ticket barrier. How is that easier than a paper ticket?!
3 ★Since the upgrade now during the checkout process when paying by card, a green pop up for the terms and conditions completely obscures the boxes you need to type your card details into, so you have to type blind. It's like the app wasn't actually tested before the release. This needs sorting out asap. It takes four times as long to check out because of this bug. Also another ongoing problem for several years: it will only allow you to check the departures/arrivals for one station.
2 ★Please invest in this app, specifically: 1. Keep users logged in to their account. It's frustrating having to enter my email and password every month when I renew my season ticket. 2. Give me the option to simply buy the exact same ticket I bought last time. Most people who have this app will be regular travellers, buying the same ticket again and again. 3. When I go to buy it, please make it so that it automatically selects the day after my current ticket expires as the start date. I have twice accidentally selected the current day as the start - it's weird that the start date and load date are on different pages by the way. 4. If, when I go to select my ticket I notice that the date selected is incorrect (because of point 3) and I go back to correct it the process collapses with a message saying there is a problem. No amount of stopping the app and starting again works when this happens - I have to uninstall the app and reinstall and enter my account details again. I think that's it ;) Go on devs, you can do it! I believe in you!
1 ★Goid upto the point where you want to see route details. . . . . no response from the app occassionally. Therefore not reliable.
1 ★So. What once was my best friend for the daily commute, has been updated and is now verging on pointless (I now use the National Rail app - that works 👍). Southern rail crashes EVERY SINGLE s0ddingtime I open it the first time, is slow and incapable of advising specific journey routes. I really wouldn't give a toss were it not for the insult the crashes coinciding with the price rises. Still, I can't walk to work, driving and parking is too expensive so however much I complain is futile.......
