2 ★For certain connections there is a bug where the 'cheapest option' is a day ticket. Actually a regular single ticket for this connection is just about 50% of this prize. Don't trust the ticketing functionality. App is ok to find connections and schedules
1 ★This app is never be able to calculate the shortest route, it doesn't only apply to me but also a lot of my friends. Instead of choosing the nearest station it always suggest some stupid route which requires extra long walking

1 ★The only thing this app is good for is checking the schedule. I could not buy a single ticket with it, due to numerous error messages. Can't use a credit card either. Crashes all the time. An absolute disaster.
1 ★What is the most important thing to have when you are a public transportation provider... Being on time, something RMV never heard of. Always delays, and I'm not talking 1 or 2 minutes no, more like 5 minutes is the regular and 9 minutes is the delay. And of course that results in you missing your connection train/tram or whatever. And what is annoying the most, they write (in Kürze) and the train arrive after a minute or two. Very unprofessional and a joke to the "pünktlich " thing.
1 ★difficult to use, sometimes not providing correct information, searching tool is very badly created (if you type hauptbahnhof, it will always give you a hint for all other bahnhofs, but not Frankfurt), location is not working
1 ★useless application, it says your account is blocked but, why blocked what i suppose to do is not clear. if it is blocked why am i allowed to login and do searches etc. when buying tickets it waits forever and finally says your account is blocked. waste of time.

1 ★Please fix the issue, i am not able to see the ticket which i brought. In several time i booked twice because i was in an impression that the ticket was not booked.
