[기본 앱정보]- LGU+ 휴대폰 분실/파손 보험 가입 고객의 보상신청을 위해 LG U+ 직접 개발하여 운영하는 U+의 공식 어플 입니다. (다른 통신사 보험가입 고객은 이용하실 수 없습니다.)
- 이 어플은 고객님의 보험가입 상품(스마트폰/패드/워치)에 따라 분실 또는 파손보상 신청이 가능합니다.
- 이 어플은 안드로이드 7.0 이상부터 지원 가능합니다.
[기본 안내]
- 파손 고객님은 A/S센터 수리 완료 후 앱을 이용하시면 보다 빠르게 처리 됩니다.
- 분실 고객님은 U+고객센터(1644-5108)에 '분실폰 위치찾기'와 '분실신고'를 신청해주세요.
[이용 절차 및 화면 기능]
- (파손 시) 로그인 → 사고접수 → 구비서류 제출 → 서류심사 → 수리비 입금
- (분실 시) 로그인 → 사고접수 → 구비서류 제출 → 서류심사 → 보상 휴대폰 선택 → 수령방법 선택 → 택배 배송 조회/방문 매장 조회
- (공 통) 가입현황 / 진행현황 조회 / 보상이력 조회 / 보상절차 안내 / 공지사항
[U+의 새로운 기능 제공]
1) 공인인증서 없이도 고객 상황에 맞게 로그인 하실 수 있습니다.
- 내 휴대폰 로그인 (파손) : 휴대폰 문자 / U+ID 인증
- 다른 휴대폰 로그인 (분실) : 통신료 결제정보(은행계좌/카드번호 마지막 네자리 입력)
※스마트폰의 성능, 저장 공간 등의 문제로 보상 신청이 원활하지 않을 경우, 홈페이지 또는 보상센터로 신청 해주세요.

2) 앱을 이용하시면 제출하실 서류를 최소화 하실 수 있습니다.
- (공통서류) : '보험금청구서', 와 '개인정보처리 동의서'를 제출하실 필요 없이 앱에서 6개 항목만 선택하시면 됩니다.
- (파손 시) : LG전자 고객은 A/S센터 수리 완료 후 수리정보 제공 동의시 통신사/보험사에 암호화되어 연동되므로 '수리영수증' 과 '수리견적서' 제출하실 필요가 없습니다.
※ 삼성전자/애플 고객은 구비서류 촬영 후 등록이 필요 합니다.(향후 연동 예정)
- (분실 시) : '분실접수증'을 제출하실 필요가 없습니다.
3) 보상 신청부터 완료까지 한번에 바로 신청하고 진행현황을 안내 드립니다.
- (분실 시) 앱에서 직접 보상 휴대폰을 선택하고 자기부담금을 결제 할 수 있습니다.
- (분실 시) 보상 휴대폰 수령 시 택배(서울/경기 퀵 가능) 뿐 아니라 가까운 직영점을 방문하여 접수 당일 수령하실 수 있습니다.
- (진행현황 안내) 사고접수 → 서류심사 → 파손 수리비 지급 (분실 시 보상 휴대폰 배송조회) 단계별 상태를 안내드립니다.
