1 ★Worst app ever. Not made with intention to help you instead makes you more frustrated and helpless. So buggy, laggy and crashes all the time. First of all login problems, second why do you need accesss to my photos and media? After many tries the complain registers and most of the time it fails,the problem now is that it hasn't even registered an official complaint just a reference token and whenever I try to click on check staus it forces me back to home page. It's been 3 weeks without soln.
4 ★1) Whenever I try to access 'Service', 'Track Status' and few other features, it throws an error -> "Registered mobile number only can perform this operation. Contact IFB Customer care". Whereas, I am logged in with phone number and this doesn't make any sense. 2) I was able to add appliance to My IFB app which is wash. machine(Senorita ZX) using 'Wifi Direct Mode' but when I try to add an appliance using 'Remote Mode', After selcting Router and entering password, it just loads and doesn't add
1 ★My complaint for repair of washing machine could not be registered despite repeated requests through App, WhatsApp or call. No associate is available for guidance .
1 ★Worst Brand. Don't buy IFB Products. They have worst after sales service. I bought their Top-end Kitchen Chimney and after 6-7 months ony facing issue with it's flap not opening. Registered multiple complaints through their Customer Care number, Email, App & Website, they just don't care. My every complait number got automatically cancelled by them without my information. I am struggling for getting service for 2 months & 4 complaints got cancelled even after taking multiple follow-ups.
1 ★This is the worst customer service l have seen. They are late customer service provider. This app doesn't work on good basis and have very much issues. After complain,they doesn't respond quickly. I have seen this issues on WhatsApp also.
1 ★After this week's update, the app connect with the machine neither in remote mode nor in direct mode. The app always shows the machne is online even it is switched off. On trying to remove the machine fro the app to add it again, it is also not allowed. It says "machine online, couldn't remove" always. The most relevant issue is, how can one access the app exclusive features like drum clean, hot rinse etc under this condition? On checking other reviews, developers are only apologizing!!!
1 ★Absolutely frustrating experience. Been trying to login in to the app for the last half an hour. Reset the password twice. It just won't log in and does not even indicate what the issue is. And the app being the only way to log a complaint makes it even more irritating.

1 ★Can't log in from the app. Getting message - "Couldn't reach servers." whether I use login option or register option. I have given all the possible permissions to the app. But I can login as a guest, and also at the web site with my user details without any issues. Customer Care is always busy with other calls. My complaint is pending for last 11 days. Redmi Note 7, Android 9.
1 ★We had bad experience with IFB washing machine, 4 year warranty still alive but from starting 2 years we are facing many problem while cleaning clothes ,no response through IFB App also , even customer care no. also not in response .kindly resolve our problems .
3 ★Needs improvement in the app. Lot of short comings like address updates, product regn, mobile no. Regn etc to name a few. Let me quote an example, my mobile is already REGD with successful OTP validation etc. Inthe app if you see my account correctly shows my name email id mobile etc. But can't add address says only REGD. mobile no has this feature. Fail to understand what does this mean, may be I am misunderstood, same is the case for registering a call for installation demo. Hope for correctio
