Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Bluetooth on my phone does connect to my hearing aid, but the app keeps circulating and will not connect to the hearing aids t herefore the control page never opens. The problem obviously is that the Bluetooth of the app is not compatible with the hearing aids. If you have the right version of Bluetooth this app works well, I have tested this in several older smartphones. Check before you buy the hearing aids if having this app work is important to you
5 ★I just purchased new hearing aids from Cosco. I have been using TV ears for a decade.y hearing aidsare compatablewith a remote . I am using it for the first time right now...pretty amazing! Much more natural than tv ears. I feel like l have new ears.l cried the first time l was able to hear so many sounds lost to me. Also have them hooked up to my phone. I can adjust sounds with my smart phone. I cried again because of all this wonderful technology.l will be 92 this year🙂🎶💓
2 ★The Bluetooth must reconnect every time the app is returned to foreground from background. This may take 20-30 seconds so becomes useless if you have volume control buttons on your hearing aid. The only useful feature is setting the ratio of background versus phone app amplification. So unless you want to listen to your phone output with noisy background it becomes useless.
2 ★Leaves a lot to be desired. They need to improve the app. It does work better than nothing as I seem to have no other option. Commercials are too long & the remote disconnects to soon. Then it's hard to reconnect. When in noisy situations I need more adjustment options. It's hard to connect & disconnect phone calls.
5 ★Very simple app with just the basics. The kirkland 9.0s are preset to adjust automatically switching programs for different environments. There are instances where I would like to be able to filter or turn down outside or adjacent sound but 90% of the time volume and balance is sufficient to accomplish this. For the price I can live with that. The app along with the basic volume and balance controls does allow you to adjust the balance between streaming sound and outside sound a nice option.
3 ★generally a pretty good app. It does need some more work. Music and phone sounds very good. The background vs device balance control seems to show up randomly, when it wants to, there is also, periodically background "static " when hearing aids are connected to the app. Hearing aids are Kirkland Premium 9.0.
1 ★Keeps turning off, You have to have the bluetooth on in order to change settings. You should be able to use it as a remote for the aids. I just bought the hearing aid and chose the Kirkland phonaks because they are supposed to be compatible with galaxy phone. Kinda of disappointing. Might return them and try another brand.
1 ★I can adjust the volume with buttons on my costco hearing aids. why would I waste the time to take out my phone, find this app, open it, and adjust the volume. This app is a one trick pony. it does nothing more than adjust the volume to both hearing aids either joined or split. big whoop.
1 ★Bad App Recently switched from widex hearing aids with necklace Bluetooth. This app is very bad compared to the older widex. First of all i can stream music to both aids but it's not smooth, there are alot of skips. Phone calls for some reason only go to one hearing aid. Unfortunately its the ear with profound loss so i struggle to hear at all. In every other aspect it streams to both ears but on phone calls its only one.
1 ★Easy set up, but no options other then volume. Please upgrade this app so we can adjust sound setting and be able to save those settings. Watching TV vs talking to someone in a loud area are different settings. This would be very helpful if this option was available.
2 ★Had the app for about 3 weeks. I have to uninstall and then install again several times to finally pair....I hope it improves. Also, as compared to the app that controlled my previous Resound hearing aids this app is way behind the power curve..
5 ★Excellent. Freedom to roam (Not being tied by an ear bud to a device) while listening to radio, music, podcast, phone call thru my hearing aids..All hands free while my Android is plugged in..re-charging or in my shirt pocket outside. Great app!! My Costco hearing specialist set it up on my phone for me.
