Description
The Phonak Remote app turns your smartphone into an advanced remote control for your Phonak hearing aids supporting Bluetooth® wireless technology.Compatible models:

- Phonak Audéo™ B-Direct

Depending on your hearing aid model and how they have been set up by your hearing care professional, you can use the following features in the app.
For all models:
- Volume adjustment of the hearing aids for both sides together or each side individually
- Program list with direct selection of available hearing aid programs (programs configured by your hearing care professional)
- Possibility to customize the name of the hearing aid programs in the app
- Easy adjustment of the environmental balance functionality of the hearing aid during streaming from an audio source (e.g. when using a Phonak TV Connector)
- Separate adjustment of the Tinnitus Noiser intensity when available on the hearing aid
- Check the average wearing time of the connected hearing aids in the app
Additionally, for Phonak Audéo™ M-312, Phonak Audéo™ M-312T, Phonak Bolero™ M-M:
- Selection of available Bluetooth audio sources (e.g. audiobooks or music streaming) connected to the hearing aids
Additionally, for Phonak Audéo™ M-R, Phonak Audéo™ M-RT, Phonak Bolero™ M-PR (rechargeable model):
- Selection of available Bluetooth audio sources (e.g. audiobooks or music streaming) connected to the hearing aids

The Phonak Remote app is compatible with Phonak hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity. No body-worn streaming device needed.
If you are using a Phonak hearing aid with a body-worn accessory (ComPilot II or ComPilot Air), please use the Phonak “RemoteControl App”, also available in the Google Play Store.

How to install Phonak Remote APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Phonak Remote APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★OK but a flawed app! I have Norton Mobile's Call Blocking feature on my LG G5. Calls that are blocked by the phone still continue to ring in my Phonak hearing aid - very annoying. Also, why is only the left hearing aid activated during a call even though both hearing aids are connected to phone via Bluetooth?
3 ★I've used this app for some time with my Samsung S8+ and found it really useful (4+ stars) I now have the S10+ and whilst I can modify hearing volumes well, when I get a telephone call, I can hear the caller but they can't hear me. I've uninstalled and re-installed to no avail.
4 ★This is a simple and straightforward app. It takes a while to sync once the bluetooth connection is established, but given how small my hearing aid is, this is hardly surprising. I think a lot of the bad reviews are unfair. People seem to not understand how bluetooth works and/or expect 4G speeds over bluetooth which is unrealistic. It's a hearing aid the size of a broad bean, it's not a magic bean.
5 ★So far this works flawlessly (though I really don't see myself tweaking the hearing aids much as they are on auto programming). Using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and as soon as I open the app it connects to both R & L aids. Set up was super easy. Phonak brio rc
3 ★Very easy to set up. More than one time I needed to uninstall and reinstall app. That is frustrating. Disappointed that it does not show battery level or alert that batteries were getting low. please get your engineers to upgrade the app to the quality of the hearing aids. Currently the only app available to pair with aids, so I guess this is the best we can do.
1 ★doesn't want to connect. yes, it is paired, restarted aids just prior to opening app, stood on one foot and only breathed through my left nostril.
1 ★Very limited functionality. Also will not stay connected. Also won't re-connect most of the time. Have to uninstall and reinstall almost every time. So frustrating. Hearing aids are good but this software is rubbish
1 ★just spent an absolute fortune on my new hearing aids and cannot use half the functionality because it depends on the app, which is appallingly useless. i have paired, revised, deleted, rebooted and in several days had only one period of a few minutes when it worked. once my phone went to idle the app crashed, again! it does everything to start with but can't find and connect to the paired hearing aids. Extremely disappointing
1 ★Terrible. Only real functionality is volume control and viewing battery life. After installing app, hearing aids must be paired. Pairing is painfully slow, and then only lasts for one use. When you open the app a second time, it can never connect and you end up needing to power off an re-pair to get the app to work once.
4 ★Hearing aid app is much better than my old one. Wish it showed the battery life on my Android phone. Unfortunately these aren't the rechargable ones and will be 3 years before I can get another pair.
1 ★This app does not work with my 2 year old LG Stylo 2. I'm told that that the bluetooth version is too old. An app for a $6k set of hearing aids should be better than this.
1 ★Constantly searching for hearing aids. Doesn't remain connected. Actually a pain in the rear to delete app and reinstall every time.
