Description

The Plugwise Home app allows you to control the following products while at home or away:
- Adam HA for zone control,
- Anna wifi thermostat (firmware version 1.8.17 and higher),
- Smile-P1 (firmware version 3.0.0 and higher),

First install you Plugwise product (the 'gateway' Adam/Anna/Smile etc.) and connect it to the internet. Then, while you are connected to the same home network as your Plugwise gateway, add the ID (8 consonants) to the app.

How to install Plugwise Home APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★Using the app with a Adam, floor heatingpump switch and bedroom radiator and it is functional. From home or via 4g I can adjust the heating. Adam and the app are still getting updates with some fixes and features

5 ★Works for me as it should. After the Smile P1 firmware update everything running in five minutes. Browser as well although I had to adapt the shortcut. :)

1 ★This app is supposed to control the Anna device but the current version is full of bug and issue. The interface is not usable. You cannot access the HTML interface...

1 ★Using this app because the anna app crashes constantly. Unfortunately this app only works on wifi: remains blank on 4g. so unable to change the temperature when i'm not home: the whole point of this app. edit: now the response to this review is to contact customer support, which i already did in march 2019 (3 months ago), cust support by NLE. they said everything is fine and should leave a note here. this back and forth between these two companies has going on for a long time. terrible.

4 ★The app was exceptionally slow and unreliable, pretty much unusable, on my older phone (OnePlus 3). After upgrading my phone the app's performance has improved greatly and I haven't had any issues yet.

1 ★The app can't activate the schedule or use presets. I'm getting rid of this thermostat and buy a Google Nest.

4 ★I bought anna second hand, everything was working fine except for a couple of small things. After contacting plugwise support they told me that the anna was originally bought from an energy company and that they couldn't make any changes because of that. They told me that for a single payment of 50 euros plugwise would take over the support. This also included a big firmware update. Now works everything perfect. So I can only recommend to pay this 50 euro and let plugwise do the rest. Support ++

1 ★Leuk spul, echt waar. Alleen de APP is heel langzaam en vaak kom er gewoon niet op. Ik moet letterlijk mijn laptop openen om de temperatuur in te stellen. Had ik dit vooraf geweten, had ik naar alle waarschijnlijkheid niet gekozen voor Plugwise. Heeft niets met mijn internetverbinding te maken. Al het andere werkt perfect. Heb nu het probleem dat hij niet al de radiatorknoppen niet ziet. Heb zelfs allles war wr tussen zit direct op 220 aangesloten zodat het alleemaal servers zijn.

3 ★De app werkt prima op een oudere versie van Android en ziet er goed uit. Helaas start de applicatie niet op vanaf mijn telefoon (Android Pie, r9.0), het sluit direct af bij het opstarten.

5 ★Werkt goed, kan snel verbinden met mijn cv-gateway en thermostaat bedienen.
