With Anna, you can easily control the temperature in your home remotely, wherever you are. And the app also lets Anna know when you are at home or away from home. The new app is needed to work with the new firmware, and there are several small bug fixes. Make sure you update the app to continue to use Anna as we roll out the new firmware.
Important to know:
• The Anna app for Android is supported on mobile devices running Android 4.0 and higher; ARMv7 / x86 processor with vector FPU, minimum 550MHz, OpenGL ES 2.0, H.264 and AAC HW decoders and 256MB of RAM.
• Update the Anna app when you are at home. During the update the app connects to Anna. This can only be done in the home network to which Anna is connected.
• Sometimes it is not possible to directly activate remote control. If this happens you get a pop-up. Follow the advice in the pop-up and open the app at home when you are connected to the same network to which Anna is also connected.
