Le Ministère de l’agriculture a développé l'application Alim'confiance pour mettre à disposition du grand public l’ensemble des résultats des contrôles officiels réalisés par l’État en sécurité sanitaire des aliments tout au long de la chaîne alimentaire.Avec l’application Alim’confiance, vous pouvez consulter le niveau d’hygiène des commerces autour de vous (restaurants, métiers de bouche, distributeurs) à l’aide d’une carte interactive. Les résultats des établissements agroalimentaires sont accessibles via la fenêtre de recherche par la saisie du nom de l’établissement ou de son numéro d’agrément sanitaire présents sur l’étiquette des produits alimentaires.
Alim'confiance vous permet de consulter les résultats des contrôles officiels réalisés depuis le 1er mars 2017. Chaque jour, de nouveaux résultats de contrôles officiels sont ajoutés sur l'application et restent visibles pendant une durée de 1 an.
