5 ★Really useful if you're somewhat familiar with the Sedona Method. I wish the questions would fade in more slowly after the yes/no response so that it's more like the processes on recordings, but overall it is fantastic!!

4 ★I love the meditation itself, but I wish the app gave you just a little more guidance instead of repeating over and over... I'm guessing that might be part of the official technique, but it just feels like something is lacking on an otherwise stupendous concept and application.
