1 ★History is not showing. App is still not working. It said No Power Data available since November 11th.

1 ★1) in the plot/graph , ALL my devices in the legend are same color. Thus can't tell them apart. All 6 devices turquoise. How am I supposed to make any sense of that ?? !! ............ . . . . .. I have no idea why generac doesn't respond directly to unhappy user comments (in app store) : " SUPPORT NOTICE: If you are experiencing an issue with your PWRView App not loading history data you will need to clear the App data. For Android devices please follow this link. "

2 ★App disconnects from internet frequently. Lose frequently. We don't have cable. Use wireless hotdpot thru Verizon to connect to internet. Even though hotspot shows pwrview connected pwrview app says no data available. Have to turn hotspot off and back on to reconnect but takes multiple off on cycles frequently.

2 ★We haven't been able to get that first page to work in quite awhile. We've unistalled and reinstalled the app and it still isn't showing that first page.

1 ★After connecting once it stopped receiving data. I installed the branded version and it is thus far ok. It is also terrible to use. It needs a rethink.

3 ★Thia app still isn't letting me or my husband log in. It's been continually not working. We've updated the app, uninstalled & reinstalled and still; nothing. This app hasn't been working lately. Is there an update or another app we're supposed to be using?

1 ★Update: April 3 Dev team has fixed the issue. March 27 update has broken the app. All I get is an error, and it freezes my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Frustrating when app updates should improve functionality. There have been zero improvements made since Generac bought out Neurio. We have stopped selling these to clients as there are other more feature filled options available for comparable costs.

4 ★Previous update made my app fail on a Samsung Note 10 5g Plus. Developer quickly fixed the issue and created a second update version 1.21.0 . Thanks for getting the fix out in a short period of time.
