1 ★Good system works well in itself, absolute nightmare when you cant sign in though, reset password option appears to work but still does not, currently i have a doorstop which is unusable with no help from your support team at all. I'd leave zero stars if possible. When buying any camera etc, if it uses this software steer very clear. Such a shame as it could be so good, shame that the developers don't appear to give a rats back side.

1 ★It worked fine for a while, but after a while of not using it, I forgot my sign in information. I don't know where to ask. (Update) I managed to email the developer and succeeded in log in. But the feeding time is still Beijing time. You have to calculate the local time.

1 ★Dreadful app, keeps crashing, and even after successful setup, it just completely fails to connect to electric pet feeder via network. (edit) Further, the day after putting my email address into the app, I have been inundated with spam. Usually get 2-3 a week, have now recieved over 20 in 12 hours.

1 ★Waste of money and time. I did all of things the company ask me to do. Never ever anything changed still say to me the device offline. I hope u can do something, update the app and i will do five stars

1 ★These people do nothing to sort out problems and take zero accountability. They have re-listed themselves in the app store, probably so new users can't read all the bad reviews. Same app, same problems, don't waste your money
