Esta es una aplicación gratuita para dispositivos Android destinada a equipos de trabajo de la empresa Katoen Natie.La aplicación está diseñada para ser un gestor de incidencias. Se pueden categorizar, detecta la zona automáticamente, se puede tipificar como urgente o no y resolver.
Las incidencias se envían al servidor y los responsables se encargan de asignarse dichas incidencias y resolverlas. El software es capaz de ordenar, agrupar y crear estadísticas de incidencias resultas en zonas, quien las ha resuelto y la trazabilidad de las mismas.
También contiene un apartado de encuestas/exámenes las cuales pueden ir vinculadas a usuarios (login) o anónimas.
La aplicación dispone de las siguientes características:
