1 ★Finally the app works, that was the easy part. But hidden documents are not working, at this point I presume they are lost. So can you give any solution upon that or I resign believing that those files will be restored. Review the email and fix the problem please. Latest actualization didn't fix the issues. Hidden cabinet files lost. CERO STARS FOR THIS APP!
1 ★I was told you were able to change your default download location using this app. It must have been patched out or this is a different app altogether. That was the only purpose I sought from this app, and it fell through with this promise. Uninstalling until it makes sense again.
1 ★Not supporting Android 11?!? Howcome it shows nothing upon entering the app interface?? The same after restarting several times 😓
5 ★It is good, though bit harder to operate but offers more once mastered. 16/11: I was contacted by app developers today and asked what I found d difficult and w a us to improve app. This has never happened before, all I can say now is if there was higher rating than 5, i would give this app that. 3 ★please remove the double notification when using ES downloader or at the very least an option to not show it in the first place, the notification showing the actual ongoing task is fine though and there is an option to clear when task is finished already. its the other more general es notification i have a problem with and it is redundant. again please remove it.
3 ★I had es file explorer pro, which I had paid for. I went to reinstall it only to find it wasn't available anymore. It does not seem very fair that I have to put up with ads when I paid for the pro version to avoid this. Can you explain what happened to the original app which I had been using for a long time?
1 ★This is quite odd the REAL ES File Explorer has been banned from Google Play! "malicious code that was being used for ‘click fraud'." and I do believe it! The only place I still have it installed is a tablet which pumps non stop spam. A real shame decent app. The big question here is why google allows so many fakes and even more so why would an app even want to pretend to be a virus/spam/fraudster? FYI original was estrongs, just google for the banning. Also strange google does not even warn us! So in my opinion this makes ANY app with similar name / icon one to avoid! ***This app owner...distance yourself from ANY resemblance to the original! Response to app owner, me no I understand, but quite a few do not! If your enjoying the benefits of the confusion and do not mind the heat...ENJOY!
5 ★This is update to previous review, the developers contacted me today to ask what I found difficult and if I had ideas as to make it easier. Bravo, this has never happened before. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
1 ★Works like a charm to access my SMB remote drive. 9/5/20 Just tried to access my SMB server for the first time in ages. Can't do it anymore. I would give thus app a negative review now, if possible. It's worthless to me this way.
5 ★Better than all the other crappy and full of unsolicited annoying ads. Hopefully, this app stays ads free, so far (only used for two weeks). Otherwise, it find itself in the trash bin faster than you can flip a switch!
4 ★App menu should have been programmed for access not only in portrait but in both portrait and landscape
