3 ★App wont connect to my adapt 2.0's... I Love the auto lace idea please make more silhouettes and colorways in them and im glad you finnaly pushed it to mainstream plan on getting auto maxes too but I cant even get the app to connect to the adapt 2.0 mags i just bought please fix this (device attempting to pair is a Samsung note 8 ) is there a beta test program?
3 ★Yesterday, my shoes were functioning fine up until I went to run the latest update. Once I updated the EARLO/S my Nike Adapt BB2.0 started malfunctioning. They will not connect to the app stating that they are already connected to another device. The left shoe is barely responsive. and the buttons function inverted. Tried to hardware reset them and that did not work. When you pay $400.00 for shoe technology of this type you should have support to roll the update back to the previous version.
1 ★This shoe has a few features, most of which are dictated by the use of the app. HOWEVER, if the app displays a "shoe already paired" message and then does nothing else, it removes the appeal of the shoe. Calling Nike support doesn't get you very far as they are reading the SAME troubleshooting steps you can find online. THEN, they say "this is a known issue, we'll escalate" but you have to wait DAYS for a response. Pretty pathetic to sell such tech that doesn't seamlessly work.
3 ★Can't update. Keeps losing connection/gives me errors after the process. Everything else works I guess. 3 stars. Edit, figured it out. The App will lose connection, forcing you to restart the download / update. HERE'S MY SOLUTION: At the 99% mark, gently lift each shoe till light comes on. 1 at the time, maybe 5sec intervals...Do this till 100% n complete. It'll update and the lights ought to ping. 3 STARS STILL.
1 ★Shoes worked fine until i did the update. Now the Left shoe won't connect and after numerous attempts to do system reset and the hardware reset. The shoe will not tighten or loosen. It makes a quick sound n then flashes Green. Also it seems like the buttons are reversed on the shoes (tighten=heel on Right & toe on Left) I thought updates were supposed to improve the product?? IMO ******DO NOT DO THE UPGRADE****** Id give higher rating IF this is resolved.

1 ★App always says I need to pair my shoes even though they have already been paired. Can never pass the pairing page so never been able to enjoy any of the in app features. No matter how many times I reset or unpair this problem persists. Actually frustrating to pay so much just to have a headache.
5 ★*"So good I slapped full coverage on them" -Me*(EARL 2.2.2 works great on v1.16&1.17) Android users with unresponsive Google Assistant Voice Commands: *Navigate to: SETTINGS/ACCOUNT/GOOGLE ACCOUNT, then change GOOGLE ACCOUNT/ACTIVITIES/WEB ACTIVITY to "ON". *Say: "Ok Google, open Nike Adapt" then add these commands: "and tighten my shoes" "and change my lights" "and unlace my shoes" "and check my batteries"
4 ★When I open the app, try to turn the light up stuff on i get an error msg, then I click off and ho back and it works fine
