テラスモール湘南で利用出来るアプリです。【主な機能】
■施設マップ表示
拡縮、廻転が出来る館内マップを表示します。
■店鋪検索
店舗名やキーワードにより店舗を検索出来ます。
■店舗情報表示
場所、営業時間、店舗説明を表示します。
■店舗やトイレなどへの経路案内
最短経路探索、音声ガイドやバリアフリー経路設定により、ユーザーが設定した目的地までご案内します。
現在の対象エリアは２Fと３Fのみです。
【アプリを初めて起動する時の作業】
１．テラスモール湘南アプリをダウンロードする。
２．アプリアイコンを選択し、アプリを起動する。
３．位置情報の利用を許可する。
４．通知の送信を許可または許可しないを選択する。
５．利用規約の内容を確認し、同意する。
６．ユーザー情報登録（性別、誕生年）する。
７．アプリトップ画面が開く。
【マップ閲覧方法】
１．アプリトップ画面最下段の”マップ”をタップする。
２．マップ画面が開く。
３．ピンチイン、ピンチアウトによりマップを拡大、縮小出来る。
【現在地表示の方法】
１．マップ画面表示時、右下の”現在地”をタップする。
２．ビーコンの位置情報を受信している時、現在地に人型の現在地マークが移動し、現在地を示す。
ビーコンの位置情報を受信していない時は２F駅側入口が現在地となる。
【マップ画面からのナビの設定方法】
１．マップ画面表示時、店舗やトイレなどの目的地をタップする。
２．”目的地設定”をタップする。
３．経路が表示される。
４．”案内開始”をタップする。
５．経路案内に沿って歩くとビーコン位置情報を受信し、現在地が移動し、目的地までの位置関係が分かる。
６。案内を途中でやめる時は”案内終了”をタップする。
【店鋪、施設の検索】
１．最下段の”施設・化粧室”をタップする。
２．ファッション、ライフスタイル雑貨などから目的の項目を選択する。
３．さらに選択項目がある場合は、目的の店鋪・施設に応じ、選択を続ける。
４．目的の店舗・施設を選択すると、詳細情報、マップ情報およびナビ設定が出来る。
【店鋪、施設のキーワード検索】
１．最下段の”施設・化粧室”をタップする。
２．”キーワード検索”に店舗名称などのキーワードを入力し、検索する。
【利用規約の閲覧方法】
１．トップ画面左上サイドメニューをタップする。
２．”利用規約”をタップする。
３．”確認”をタップすると、トップ画面に戻る。
【バリアフリー設定の方法】
１．トップ画面左上サイドメニューをタップする。
２．”バリアフリー”ボタンを右へスライドさせる。
３．経路案内時、上下階への移動にエスカレーターを利用せず、エレベーターで案内をする。
