5 ★Seriously Leviton. You updated your app and left everyone with a non functioning app. The light switches are now useless based on what we bought them for. Update your app to work or maybe refund or money. Edit: after contacting Leviton our faulty light switch was replaced free of charge and all works like it should again. I'll have to say it was great customer service!
1 ★What did you do to break my Bluetooth connectivity with the Leviton devices with release version 1.4.17? Since the "new & improved" update I cannot connect to any of my Leviton devices that previously worked fine. I have tried to connect from 2 Android smartphone devices each running a different OS version, neither work even after trying to pair the devices multiple times.
1 ★It stopped working in October of 2018. Cant adjust schedules on my lights!!! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling....no luck. UPDATE....12-29-18 I called and spoke to tech support about a week and s half ago. it seemed the easiest solution was to send me three new switches. I was told they would have the latest "firmware". I just received them and installed. same situation....WILL NOT PAIR. I'm terribly frustrated. Lights go on when they want. If I'm not around to turn off.....just a waste.
1 ★UPDATE: Went out and purchased the "Leviton Switch with WiFi" because as you've read the Bluetooth model, running this app stopped working. The WiFi switch using the " My Leviton App" installed perfectly and allowed me to install my device. Running great! OLD: Wish I read the reviews of the app before buying this device. Can't get the switch to connect via Bluetooth, same problem. Oct 18 update sucks!
1 ★Light was on a schedule. I noticed two weeks ago the light was on in the middle of the day. I opened up the app and noticed my settings no longer existed in the app. I tried to add the light back into the app and nothing. The app cannot see the lightswitch anymore. I see the app was updated in October. I'm not sure when the settings were lost.
4 ★Last version worked fine. Latest version won't connect. As a specifying engineer, Leviton is out of my spec until this is fixed. Update 12/17/18: worked with customer service and the only solution was to replace the older devices. They sent new devices free but I had to change them myself. Is better than having to come up with another device. Thanks Leviton. You're back in.
1 ★Worked okay for 2 years. Now it won't connect. Tried both the Galaxy S8 and a Samsung tablet. One gets error 13 and the other does not find the device. Clearly the device has difficulty with Android. Added to the fact that the clock resets to 0 every time there is a power lapse, I think this was a poor design.
5 ★App works fine. I'm using it to control two DDS15 timer/switches. Each is labeled differently (you can name the switch whatever you want). Outside lights come on 30 mins after dusk. Turn off at set time. Turn back on for the morning dog walk, off after an hour. Perfect. Called tech support because I made a mistake with bluetooth pairing, fixed in minutes.
3 ★I have the app on android and ios. few times now the lights didnt go off or never came on now since 3days ago the android app claims no bluetooth device found, while the ios still works almost thought the the switch crapped out but i guess its the app. What i dont understand is why sometimes the lights dont come on if its programmed within the switch. I do not go in the app or change the settings unless it fails
3 ★A bit fussy getting set up, but stays working better than others I've tried. Lost a star because I can't find a way to delete a device from the App. The range is quite limited, probably especially if the electric boxes holding the switches are metal.
1 ★This would be my third review. Total bad experience with this app. After having the switch replaced with one that has a new firmware everything looked ok. Did not last more than a month. Again will not connect. A total waste of money and time.
1 ★I've got 2 of these bluetooth devices and 1 works sometimes if I'm right next to it, which kind of deflates the purpose of this switch. The other switch doesn't operate at all even if I'm right beside it. Save your money and don't by them.
