3 ★Wegmans, why so many apps?!! It would be great if you could focus on ONE, functional app that included the shopper app, the meals2go and the scan apps! The shopping app is still crazy buggy and still does not function as well as the older version which is ridiculous. Stop making more apps and fix what you broke in the shopper app and have access to meals2go and scan thru that.
5 ★Great toasted subs. Lemon Garlic chicken is so good I've had it 4 times in the last two weeks.
1 ★Everything is great when things go well. When mistakes and errors happen, the delivery agent - DoorDash - makes correction a frustrating experience. My first issue arose when I did not receive an order at all. The store told me to contact DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash, DoorDash told me to contact the store. It seems no one appreciates the do-loop here. In a separate instance, the store proactively identified an error with an order that was sent out for delivery. The store tried to contact DoorDash to request redelivery, but they said the customer had to initiate it. Whenever I contacted DoorDash, they would either forward me to an incorrect department or tell me to contact the store. Bottom line: If you have an issue with your order, partial or full refund if your only option.
5 ★App is easy to use love the pick up options. Can't beat the price of the wings
2 ★Unable to order extra garlic on the garlic pizza and the only way to order ahead of time is the app, no phone option even calling the store. I had to go to the store, order, and wait. This is the same problem with other toppings if you want more than the standard amount.
1 ★There seems to be an issue when trying to sign in. The app was stuck at the loading screen until I cleared the storage data and cache. It loaded up after this but it won't work when I try to sign in. I am able to use the app without signing in.
3 ★The food was very good I never expected the tip to be so large considering I was paying shipping a very small order at an extra 10 bucks but I realized now it's like that all over so we will try it again I'll try to be more conservative but all the food was very good except for the pizza which was laughable because it was 10 bucks and we two girls and our senior complex though that's cool it was cold tough and unedible the other food was good we had to actually throw the pizza away maybe we just
1 ★This app is full of glitches. It keeps knocking me out of the app so I've had to start my order over multiple times. The cake ordering does gives an option to add a message, says it is required, and then does not give you anywhere to actually type the message, so you can't complete the order.
5 ★Great App, looks clean and easy to navigate. nice to see that more stores are coming soon. It could use a bit more variety of food items, like more vegetarian options for the "Ready to Heat Meals". Eggplant Parmesan would be a great addition!
3 ★I have never been able to successfully get an order to process. Just a useless vague error message is shown. EDIT: It worked after I tried a different credit card. Still think you need to improve the error message. Give some constructive advice on ways that the user might resolve the error. A less motivated user would have abandoned the order.
4 ★Ap runs well. Had trouble setting up account. It would not let me set a password. Sometimes it ran slow. Works fine now. Easy to use. Would b nice to be able to have an option to write a message in a box for further instructions.
2 ★I was excited to try the app after being told about it in store while getting lunch. Unfortunately I tried to use the app today to order my typical lunch combo (sub,pizza, etc.) but there is no option for combos in the app. I had a $5 off coupon so I figured I would use that and just order my combo as separate items to find that I was unable to order a fountain drink and the soda options were very limited.
