1 ★Worst app i have ever used. Its slow to open, slow to use, and freezes when i swipe. The check box you touch to say you got that item is so small it takes me 3 or 4 tries to select it. Its not intuitive and i cant delete an item i accidentally added. Did they Beta test this thing, if so it wasn't with a big enough group. I want the old one back.
1 ★It was fine the way it was. Takes longer to load and is hard to navigate. Last two times I'm at Wegmans being asked if I need help at the self checkout because I'm staring into the stupid app trying to figure out where stuff is! And I lost the "Clip All" coupons feature. Don't have time in the checkout line to go through everything looking for one coupon. Missed out on a $2 coupon because of this.
1 ★The newest update to the app has made it nearly unusable now. I cannot have multiple active lists now, I have to clear my active list and make a saved list active for stuff I buy different days. If it's not the active list it doesn't say where in the store to find item. Scrolling is intermittent. Sometimes I can scroll other times it just stops and I have to end the program and start over. Extremely frustrating. It's easier just to write down a list at this point.
1 ★The old version of the app was great. A recent update has made it completely unintuitive, and will sometimes automatically log users out, and de- Sync'd with their family members. Adding items to the list differs between Android and iOS users and is misleading: the Android user has a big (+) button that is not actually used for adding items to the list. Completely misleading. Wegmans should cancel their contract with their new app dev, and return to the old app version.
1 ★The updated app is unusable for me. It's difficult if not impossible to scroll up in my shopping list, the feature allowing easy addition of frequently purchased items to the list is gone, and I can't clip all coupons at once anymore. All the features that made the app important to me are basically gone and greatly reduce my desire to shop at Wegmans.
3 ★Buggy and not always intuitive. The cart fills randomly with previous items sometimes that weren't showing up when I logged in. The payment section van be confusing and I got a couple "oops" (error messages that tell me nothing) and had to enter my card info twice before it took it. Also, when you select the back arrow it takes you all the way back to choosing your store instead of to the previous screen. I tested phone apps for years and I would have logged several bugs for this one.
1 ★ROLL IT BACK, PLEASE! This used to be an awesome app. I maintained a list of all my favorite items, and when it was time to go shopping, I quickly copied that list, deleted the items I didn't have, added a few I might need, and then hit the store. None of the changes are for the better. It's slow, clunky, and difficult to navigate. Items are not listed. The best features are all gone. It's as if these developers don't use it at all so they don't have a clue just how terrible this new version is.
3 ★Curbside pickup, delivery or list for in store. When using the "my items" to list build you'll see things bought multiple times across too many item scrolls. Show me a concise list, not a clunky receipt history. Give me a way to remove or hide things I buy infrequently from "my items" if you want to shine instead of being an average app that makes shopping lists. It's the little things that put the stars on the ratings, that makes an impression on us.
2 ★This is NOT an improvement. Can't always scroll down the list or have to scroll up in order to get it to scroll down. List doesn't follow the flow of the store. Can't sort "My items" into most recent or most frequent purchases as you could previously. Takes 5 extra steps to create a list. Totally geared towards ordering for curbside or delivery, not user friendly for shopping in store. Can't clip all digital coupons at once. Have to click on each item to see size/quantity. I could go on...
1 ★The new app is ridiculously terrible. It's so slow that I'm inclined to not use it at all and go back to paper notes. it's difficult to find recently purchased items, very easy to accidentally miss the small buttons, and any mistake generally loses about a minute until you can get back to your cart. The cart will not let me scroll down unless I first scroll up, and I cannot figure out how to delete items that go by weight rather than quantity. I'm of the opinion that they should not even try to fix this app and instead directly go back to the old one.
1 ★Used to be a wonderful app, and the main reason I shop at Wegmans. A little buggy, but nothing just searching a second time wouldn't fix. Now, the app is a bloated mess that takes an age to load anything. Inputting a grocery list is actively painful now Also, buttons on the new interface only work some of the time, and sometimes load under other elements. Whoever pushed this update should be ashamed.
1 ★The latest update is unusable. It is slow, the UI is clunky & hard to navigate. Just roll back the update. If you must stick with this nightmare, at least bring back the "clip all" on the coupons. No one believes that you eliminated that feature so "fewer coupons go unused." You got rid of it so fewer people would bother to add the coupons.
