Il Ristorante Churrascaria "Pampas" nasce nell´ottobre del 2008 ed è gestito dalla coppia di cuochi Kelsi Ulian ed Ivan Piccini, con la "collaborazione" del loro figlio Diego. Il luogo diventa immediatamente un culto della cucina brasiliana a Milano, avvolto da un´atmosfera tranquilla che permette a tutti di mangiare e stare bene con gli amici o con la famiglia.Ivan, il nostro chef, è nato a Ronda Alta (una piccola città del Rio Grande do Sul), dove sin da piccolo ha imparato a cuocere la carne allo spiedo; crescendo, viene assunto in una churrascaria a Rio de Janeiro. Dal 1995 al 1998 ha lavorato come "churrasqueiro" - chef della carne - al "Porcao", che è stato il primo ristorante churrascaria brasiliano arrivato in Italia e già conosciuto in tutto il mondo.
