Steps to enable one to one chat:
1. Click on Configure
2. Click on Employees
3. Click on Employee Chat (The last icon in the employee table)
4. Select all Employees with whom one to one chat needs to be enabled
5. Save
6. Sync on Employee's mobile
Steps to configure group chat:
1. Click on Configure
2. Click on Chat Groups under Employees
3. Click on Add Group
4. Give the group a name and move all employees who should be part of the group to right side.
5. Save
6. Sync on mobile.
A few points to note:
1. Single tick for a chat message indicates that the message has received the cloud and is waiting for the other user to have active internet connection.
2. Double tick for a chat message indicates that the message has been successfully received by the other user.
3. Group chats only have a single tick for all messages.

You should see your name in the list. Edit that employee by clicking on edit
Open EFFORT on your Android phone and navigate to settings from the home screen. Please make note of the EFFORT id displayed
Enter the id noted above against EFFORT ID and hit save
You're all set! Press the sync icon at the top right of home/agenda screens in the app to synchronize data.
