1 ★Thus is the secondreview that i have posted, I will leave the first one archived below, buts safe to say that things are no better and the app is just pretty much worthless. I updated like ypu suggested but that worked for one day! Since the update this is totally useless, paid £400 for a sat nav that is now no better than a £50 one! You guys need to sort this so as routes can be saved and saved correctly! This is becoming a joke! Understand now why so many people are changing to Garmin! Joke
1 ★It drains your battery your guaranteed to have connection issues every week it's a shame gone from the best gps to the worst the app just freezes non stop I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times your app conflicts with garmin drive

1 ★Latest updates on my drive app and device simply do not work together. Cannot connect Tom Tom Go device to traffic service via Bluetooth even though have valid subscription and it shows me in the app. Bluetooth connectivity is more unreliable than ever constantly dropping out. When it does manage to connect to phone I keep getting the message on device in bluetooth settings; traffic: "Unable to connect". Reinstalled app and repaired phone twice now. Ready to purchase competitive product.
1 ★I have emailed no end of times now and as far as it goes the app for the tom tom 6200 proffesional only does one thing now you can only send a route to the sat nav and not able to save the planned route. I've tried to email the addresses given in response to my review and still nothing. I'm in the process of looking at a different sat nav as this was a waste of a lot of money for one update to ruine the hole thing. Not happy at all. I wouldn't recommend buying this unless using very rarely.
1 ★For the past week when I go to send destination from my phone it is not being received by the device. The reason I bought the system was so I could send my multiple locations and go to them. Now I have a standard sat nav, no multiple location ability, wasting my time and money. Model TomTom Basic. I have reinstalled the app 3 times and reconnected my phone 12 times ! When you say try with a PC what do you mean? I bought the sat nav to use outside my home to help with deliveries thru my phone?
2 ★Hello, since either the satnav or the mydrive app have been updated the 'send destination' option from my phone to the satnav no longer works. The phone app says it has been sent, but nothing is received by the satnav. I've restarted the phone and the satnav, but no change. I am logged in on both. Could you let me know how to resolve this issue please? I'm using the GO 5200 with a Huawei p20 with android 10. Update: I have emailed as requested: ticket ID is 1182534. Also, sorry I got the model wrong, it's a GO 5200. If I do a hard reset/start of the satnav, it will intermittently receive a destination until it sleeps again. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.
1 ★Keeps using battery even when not in use. This is a bad call since last up date. Before it was great but know it rubbish due to this. Comme on Tom Tom sort this out
2 ★Has stopped working with my Samsung s20/headset senner SF2 for phone calls, displays the caller but when press to answer, answers on phone not via headset Has caused major issues as this is half the reason I use the tomtom/headset combination
1 ★Can't scan the code on my phone it's unless they should have just put a code in the back off the tomtom so you can put that in, so you can scan or type a code in
5 ★Excellent app route planning shows traffic information sends to device easy way to do motoring..... Get in turn on and your away eight having to touch any devices... Keeping road driving safety standards is important 🤞
1 ★My tom-tom will not connect to my drive and traffic. Bluetooth is connected. The others keep telling No Internet. There is nothing wrong with my Internet. This is very poor, having constant connection issues.
