2 ruas jahe
5 siung bawang putih
20 butir bawang merah

3 buah kemiri
1/2 sdt ketumbar
1/2 ons cabe giling
minyak untuk menumis
secukupnya Garam dan penyedap (kaldu bubuk)
Langkah
Tumis bumbu halus,daun daun,asam kandis,dan lengkuas hingga harum,sampai baunya tidak sangu lagi.
Setelah bumbu harum,masukan santan kelapa,terus di aduk agar tidah pecah,aduk hingga mendidih..
setelah mendidih,masukan daging sapi,terus di aduk,kemudian masukan garam dan kaldu bubuk,sesuai selera.
Kecilkan api,masak hingga empuk dan bumbu meresap ke daging. Setelah matang,siap di sajikan.
