Updated Core Libraries:To begin simply click the link under the application logo to select a location. That will bring up the location dialog. From there hit the 'Pick a Site' link and either select your city (if it is listed), or the 'Development' city to view our demo. Hit ok to confirm the site and then the Done button from the Set Options window.
This should take you back to the start page, and from there you are ready to begin submitting requests and view them too.
