The totalride app connects passengers with a variety of vehicle options to get you to your destination through an enhanced, on-demand experience. The totalride app offers on-demand Ride, Ride Van (to accommodate more passengers) and Ride Assist (wheelchair-accessible) vehicle service 24 hours a day to get you everywhere you need to go. To enable the shortest wait times, a Discount Cab may pick you up – but your fare will still reflect the low rideshare price!

The app offers the following benefits:

1 ★HORRIBLE!!!!! The driver said he waited out front of my house for 20 mins, LIES I was out front of my house waiting. Then I called the dispatch and they either hung the phone up or just left it on (which I heard them in the background talking). Cant wait til places like this go out of business, thank God for uber and Lyft. I never take either this or uber or Lyft but tonight was just gonna be a spontaneous cab ride to IHOP and back home with myself and my daughters, lol and backfired on me lol

1 ★this company is absolutely the worst ever called for a ride at 10:30 pm they told me they would be there in 5 to30 mins never showed up called back 5 more times and waited cause they kept saying some one was on there way . i waited til 2am and no one ever came they never one told me they werent coming. i am so unbelieveably pissed they should not even be allowed to be a running business . they dont mind just never showing up . dont use this company. they are not reliable. . horriable company

1 ★Please tell me why I'm still waiting for the same cab that I've booked three times in the last hour and a half yet never shows the hell up and has me SITTING OUTSIDE ON 19TH AVE AND BELL AT WHAT MIGHT AS WELL BE EVERLOVING MIDNIGHT WITH A FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD IN THE PROGRESSIVELY COLD WEATHER!!!!

1 ★It doesn't say when you will be picked up. I scheduled a pick up no one showed up. No call, I called and it's like someone picked up and hung up on me. I called lyft and they showed up in 4min.

1 ★If I could give it half a star I would. Waited 20 minutes to be told by customer service it would be roughly another 30 minutes. I'm late for work because of total ride and I still had to call a different company

1 ★Schedule a ride 1 1/2 before having to be to work called 3 times after someone was to pick me up no one ever showed up lost a day's worth of work because they had no taxis don't use totalride if you need to be somewhere on time company sucks

1 ★They will not send a cab. Don't bother calling the cab number either, you will not be able to book a cab their, either, nor will you be able to speak to a representative.

1 ★If i could give less i would it may be reasonable price but dose no good when they dont pick up the rides and after a while they just cancel it worthless completely worthless thanks for the waste of time🔥

1 ★This place has went downhill I call for a cab and they never show up they text about 25 mins later saying there's no driver in my area what a crock of BS.
