This free app will provide our residents with an easier way to obtain information and give prospective residents an inside look to our beautiful property.Description of our property:
The Upper Eastside Loft is Sacramento State University’s only off-campus affiliated housing. We offer eight (8) fully-furnished loft style apartments with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, full-sized washer and dryers, and 42” flat screen TV’s. Our rental price includes all utilities including cable, WIFI, SMUD and 24-hour maintenance. Along with our top of the line amenities we also offer our residents a full residence life program with year-long student programming and student-friendly staff.
