At that time, people might be glued to screens watching movies or might have earphones/headphones in the ears while on SpicEngage that can cause a failure in mass information broadcasting.
Cabin Crew has come up with a solution for spicejet cabin crew that will help them grab attention of all the passengers at once. The Public Announcement system in Cabin Crew will pause all videos and music streaming till the announcement has been made. Once the announcement is done, the videos and music streaming on passenger screens resumes automatically.
