Bawang Putih 7 siung
Kacang Tanah 250 gram
Gula Merah 300 gram
Kecap Manis secukupnya
Kentang Rebus 2 buah
Santan 350 ml
Cara membuat
Campur ikan tenggiri, ebi goreng yg dihaluskan, tepung kanji, air kaldu, telur ayam, daun bawang cincang, garam, lada, gula, bawang merah dan bawang putih giling.
Pulung adonan sebesar bakso, bisa juga diisikan ke dalam tahu, pare..kukus bersama bahan pelengkap seperti kentang dan kol.
Untuk saos, blender bawang putih, kacang tanah goreng, kentang rebus, cabe merah, masak sampai kental. tambahkan kecap manis, garam dan santan encer, masak lagi sampai mengental dan keluar minyak.
Masak saosnya ini agak lama, diaduk2 terus dan dengan api kecil.
