A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★It's a great concept but it is really slow. Some of the fitness things on the app's calendar don't line up with the paper one you can get. I wish I could make my calendar combine classes from two different locations since the downtown location has better night programs, where the mountain one has better day programs. When I tried doing that, I lost my entire saved schedule. Like I said, great concept and if they improve upon it, I'd be thrilled to be able to rely on it.
3 ★This app has great potential. It loads fast for me ( Galaxy S5 ). I like the idea of transferring to the S Planner, but it always schedules the events 4 hours behind my time zone. Double checked my settings.
2 ★Always exports to my calendar in the wrong time. My calendar uses the correct time zone but the app shifts my scheduled fitness classes by 5 hours. Not helpful.
2 ★Still quite buggy. Sends the same notification 3 times. Click on notification and launches to app main screen, not notification. Barcode should work in portrait mode.
2 ★Used to work fine, now it won't hold my membership card number or any info! Uninstalled and tried to reinstall, same problem :( Help! Galaxy S5
3 ★If you're having a problem with your ymcahbb app not holding info or membership bar code, it's probably because of a android update you recently updated. I had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Here's what I did. Go to settings- then to apps manager - you'll see a list of apps- find the app that says- Android webview- click on it and then click the Uninstall updates tab. Once you're done that go back to your ymca app, login and see if everything was the way it was . I hope this helps.
2 ★Was hoping I could keep track of when my kids had swim lessons or when there was activities available for them but the schedule doesn't show specifics. For example, my daughter has swimming at 9:45 but all the app shows is family swim lessons starting at 9. That doesn't help me. All I use it for is our memberships cards.
3 ★Why would you have an export to iCal function on the Android version??? A bit slow to load "my schedule".
2 ★Account settings, blank. Change my location, says it changes but never removes the bubble that tells me this. Nothing shows in main calender.
4 ★Good app,. How about a widget button for the home screen that takes you directly to displaying the membership card?
3 ★Sluggish at times. Also it would be nice to have my Kids cards on my profile so I can sign them in and track their programs.
2 ★The app does not display membership barcode consistently which is a pain because now I have to give my phone number every time or bring my actual card, defeating one of the major purposes of this app. It would be very useful to have the actual schedule displayed, the one that is released quarterly for each location. The notifications that pop up when you click on them they go away and are unreadable. They are not in the newsfeed consistently either. This app needs to be upgraded to include these things and be more user-friendly.
