Το σημείο που κτίσθηκε, σε συνδυασμό με την αρχιτεκτονική του χωροθέτηση σε δύο επίπεδα, εξασφαλίζουν καταπληκτική θέα από όλους τους χώρους του και τα δωμάτια προς την πανέμορφη πεδιάδα του Φενεού και τις βουνοκορφές του Χελμού, δικαιολογώντας τα ονόματα Ακροθέα και Ακρώρεια (κορυφή βουνού).
Το Ξενοδοχείο Ακροθέα:
Είναι τριών αστέρων (3*) και είκοσι (20) δωματίων.
