1 ★Lists no useful information (description, location, amenities) unless you sign in, and you can't favorite. Asks if you like the app, and then if you say no it opens your email app WITHOUT ASKING!
3 ★I've used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating.
5 ★I have found it very useful in my search. I can intensify my search to just the places that are comparably with our needs. I can write to the management and inquire without having to drive out to sear h and see if we find for rent signs and then have to go in and get applications etc. Now we only need to go to units thst reply to us and say they are what we are looking for.
5 ★I tried another app which worked okay as I began my apartment search but I clicked on an ad for a community that led me to apartment guide and after doing a search on apartment guide, I found that it listed several communities/ apartments that were not listed on the other app. After a few days of comparison, I can say that this app is far better and more thorough than any other.
4 ★So far my experience has been very good. It appears that the app only accesses legitimate apartments that are run by a company and not personal listings. It matches you up with a bunch of options that you can put in and gives you one of the best opportunities to find the apartment you're looking for.
4 ★So far, the superior app compared to Zillow. It shows ALL of the apartments in my area and allows me to select them for viewing. I'm meticulous about details and the fact that this app shows all of my options, is nice. The tour checklist is a nice feature, as well
4 ★The only improvement I could suggest is the price range and other filters could match better. In other words I am looking for a 2 bedroom in the $1400 range. But it lists apartment complexes that have 1 bedrooms or studios in that range but the 2 bedrooms are not in that range. I hope that makes sense
4 ★Another impressive rental guide. They provide you with any and all rental findings in the area you search for and then provide all the info for any property you click on so you know how much it is and what rent includes and which utilities are paid by you and paid by owner, etc. They will even show rentals that fit your budget in towns nearby which I really like also.
5 ★This is an excellent app I was able to find my apartment using it. It does a wonderful job giving you the layout of the apartment. And it also has a great layout for furniture and how it might fit when you're in the apartment. I really appreciate this app and those who made it.
