Abdoel Moeis (bahasa Arab: عبد المعز 'Abd Al-Mu'iz) (lahir di Sungai Puar, Agam, Sumatera Barat, 3 Juli 1883 – meninggal di Bandung, Jawa Barat, 17 Juni 1959 pada umur 75 tahun) adalah seorang sastrawan, politikus, dan wartawan Indonesia. Dia merupakan pengurus besar Sarekat Islam dan pernah menjadi anggota Volksraad mewakili organisasi tersebut. Abdul Muis dikukuhkan sebagai Pahlawan Nasional yang pertama oleh Presiden RI, Soekarno, pada 30 Agustus 1959.Abdul Muis adalah seorang Minangkabau, putra Datuk Tumangguang Sutan Sulaiman. Ayahnya merupakan seorang demang yang keras menentang kebijakan Belanda di dataran tinggi Agam. Selesai dari ELS, Abdul Muis melanjutkan pendidikannya ke Stovia (sekolah kedokteran, sekarang Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia), Jakarta.Namun karena sakit, ia tidak menyelesaikan pendidikannya di sana.
